Good news.... The practice of @tnhrcedept arbitrarily taking many Crores of Rupees of Tamil Nadu temple funds EACH YEAR - and transferring them to "Commissioner's" Common Good Fund - to be spent as decided by the Commissioner - will soon come to an E N D.

Today Hon'ble Supreme Court of India admitted @AalayamKaappom 's Special Leave Petition against TN Govt and @tnhrcedept 's long time practice of illegally taking Crores and Crores of temple funds to the Common Good Fund without following the procedure as per LAW -

Hon'ble Supreme Court taking up the petition has issued notice - to the TN Govt and Commissioner of the @tnhrcedept - The Hon'ble judges observed that temple funds cannot be taken by coercion - temple funds can be spent only for charitable purposes - not to buy luxury items -

Remember ? @tnhrcedept buying Innova Crysta luxury car with Madurai Temple funds - reason given - we need this car to produce Kumkum - 😆😂🤣

Let's see what TN Govt now says in its reply.
