Uber ignoring a reimbursement fee and not doing anything to help me out after a rider got sick in my vehicle and I had to pay over $100 out of pocket my kids ride in my car and now they ignore my messages pretty low in my book for a company to do that

crappy leaders go, the culture they've built stays. @Uber double-charged me for a subscription for 5 months, promised they fixed this 4 months ago. Today, @Uber_Support said the best they could do (for a platinum client) is to refund the last month. Time to switch to @DoorDash
Uber trying to get out of reimbursing me for a cleaning fee after I had to deal with this in my car all night I explained to them my kids ride in this vehicle and they could give a damn about their safety or health and by Ubers guidelines they are supposed to reimburse you
Uber is holding onto my yearly Uber One subscription fee after deactivating my account (and will not specify the reason).

I have a 4.98 rider rating and have had a similar rating over several years of use. This is ridiculous.

@AmazonHelp I returned a order due to being damaged. You locked my account for "to many refunds" but i sent my package? But you never refunded me.... How does this work?
