We're raising funds to meet the costs of organising the Lesbian Strength march & rally in Sept 2025, such as travel costs for women on a low income who wish to attend the event, bands, other musicians & speakers, & venue hire. Please donate if you can! Thx

Here’s the interview with @KateBMwriting on @BBCWomansHour
Kate from @AllianceLGB was cogent throughout.
It’s clear the programme is truly terrified of complaints activism from gender identity advocates (not from women).

Only 27% of the British public think that paraphilic straight men who LARP as lesbians should be excluded from lesbian groups.
So disheartening & depressing that so many people in the UK have no respect for lesbians or regard for our rights & boundaries.

This morning @thegreenparty has called for the EHRC’s harsh and ill-considered guidance on single-sex spaces to be withdrawn. As it stands the guidance puts trans people at risk of discrimination and violence and clearly hasn’t been drawn up with trans people’s input. I’ll be pushing for better
Carla Denyer showcasing her lesbophobia on national TV.
A lesbian is a woman exclusively attracted to women, not a delusional straight man with a fetish
Lesbians are not "non trans lesbian women". We are not a subset of LESBIAN & we do not appreciate being referred to as such.
The demented demands of straight men who call themselves lesbians absolutely conflict with the rights of ACTUAL lesbians.
You do not speak for us. #LGBWithoutTheT
The rights of trans people do not conflict with the rights of lesbians.
It’s why polling shows that, more than any group, lesbians and bisexual women are supportive of the trans community.
Our community’s liberation is bound together.

Ash cares nothing about the safety & dignity of lesbians.
She gets her kicks telling us to shut up about our same sex attraction for the sake of diversity, or expect to be branded bigots.
She needs reminding that homosexuality is no longer the love that dare not speak its name.
I know this is rare amongst middle class journalists in the UK, but I don't actually get my kicks from seeing transgender people excluded from being able to live in safety and dignity.
1/ I want to thank and emphasise the contribution of the lesbian interveners in For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers. Fundamental gay rights were in danger in this appeal and they executed a decisive defensive rispote. Link in next tweet.
Posts crediting LGB groups with influencing the Supreme Court decision have yet to credit @StrengthLesbian who hold a march & rally each year and have ensured that lesbians have representation. I know how hard the group works (I'm just the photographer) & they deserve recognition for standing up at no small cost 💛
Just a reminder that this was done in just over two days WITHOUT a billionaire bankrolling the movement. We did this through solidarity and community. Say what you want about LGBTQIA+ people, but we know how to organise.
Lesbians are being silenced, sidelined, and sold out.
Lesbian Strength 2025 is our fightback — unapologetically lesbian, proudly female, and fiercely free.

Lesbians are NOT the demographic most supportive of trans inclusion. Paraphilic straight blokes who LARP as lesbians aren't lesbians. They don't belong in lesbian spaces, and we don't want to date them or suck their manky girldicks. Hope that's clear.
Lesbians are the demographic most supportive of trans inclusion. Trans women have been in women’s and lesbian spaces for a very long time. What is extraordinary is the lack of awareness of feminist and lesbian history. And the arrogance not to care
