@FlyFrontier is a real piece of work. "Agent is not authorized to ignore restrictions." I tried chatting with Frontier's help; they said to use the web site if the app isn't working. Got the same error. So I tried chatting again and the agent requested a long list of information. Then they disconnected before I could finish typing. I wasn't slow.

How can any company be this uninterested in selling their product?
