[Perfect Game Texas @Texas_PG]

Miles Strickland (‘24 TX) unloads on this for a double off the wall in left. Creates leverage and controls the barrel well. Swings with intent. Ball came off loud. #SouthWS @PG_Uncommitted

One of 3 triples on the weekend, 2 doubles, 2 1B and 7RBI. Loved watching @MilesStrick27 & @LonestarBSBclub @CoachAmaya1 grind it out in 104 degree heat. Great weekend boys! #dontletlonestargethot

[jerry strickland @strick9]

Thanks Coach. Boys did some work this weekend!

[Coach Amaya @CoachAmaya1]

This dude had himself a weekend. Mr. Versatile @MilesStrick27 just goes and plays hard week in and week out. Colleges need to see this kid go.

[Coach Amaya @CoachAmaya1]

A triple on the day to go along with one of the best catches I’ve ever seen a high school kid make in LF. Have a day Big Strick! @BowieDugout has themselves a dude.

@aleykhat @johnddavidson @JudgeEckhardt What you said about @GregAbbott_TX was not “disagreeable,” it is classless and lacks character. Your response is about as repulsive as what you said in the first place. Leadership is about taking responsibility for your actions. And you, @JudgeEckhardt, are no leader. #bebetter

Productive discussion with @GovAbbott today about how to increase school funding and retool school finance in a sustainable manner. We must get this done for our children, and for our future. #priorities #TxLege

History was made today. Not only do we have the most female state Senators serving in state history, I was the first woman ever to preside over the Texas Senate on opening day. #txlege
