@DeanTTraining ok so yoga blocks in between arms and the pad. i tend to lean forward a little into the machine too to mimic the forward lean scapular plane etc. appreciate ya!
@DeanTTraining also I go to a sister gym once a week, and I tend to prioritize using the arsenal lat fly, feels different but maybe similar. not sure your thoughts on this. the one you demo'd on the the atlantis is like a combo between HS seated and long handle of ars
@DeanTTraining the gym I go to has this…would this still be preferable to ab cable on knees? I do like how this is less set up, seems to always be open to your point and seems more challenging

1) Are these fine done on knees? I get there’s less stability but less relative setup
2) how about using the lat pulldown but just using that same handle so it’s more vertical?
