@budzw@MuseInFocus@josemorgado Umpires often overruled linesmen. That's their job, to call out obvious errors. They should be doing the same for the electronic line call. Overruling obvious errors, as infrequent as they may be, is their job. Without that, they're useless and have no reason to even exist.
@bruceanderson Yes they can.
Fiction writers in the past could never have gotten away with stories like these unless they were comedic satire ala Idiocracy and Dr Strangelove.
Who knows how stupid we'll get in another 20 years where the news stories of today will seem sane by comparison.
@deb_bidulka@PierrePoilievre He's not even campaigning for votes, he's going to highly conservative rural places that already support him. He's basically just a right wing influencer touring the country with campaign funds to fluff his own ego at this point.
@Russty1105@RickBellwrites Imagine using dB as a measure of the impact of bass.๐คฆ
Bass is uniquely bothersome due to physical vibrations that pass through walls and match the resonant frequency of rooms.
Bass can shake walls while showing low dB levels due to the low frequency. Learn how sound waves work.
@PJ_Bateman@davem2417@RickBellwrites There's a difference between city noise and buildings shaking 3kms away due to bass for 11 nights straight by of entitled douchebags.
There's a difference between living near an airport and a Harrier jet hovering over your roof all night.
