The human body has some beautifully simple methods of handling the ever changing environment. This simple method seems to be a universal stress response that leads to specific adaptations. This is the corner stone of adaptation and training, but goes far beyond our narrow view of working out - pioneered by Hans Selye.

I don't care what the NBA allows, or how rules language gets interpreted ...
Dribbling, picking up your dribble, using your right foot as your pivot foot, getting stuck and getting out of trouble only by lifting that foot to push off the other foot should not be allowed.
Any “basketball expert” that didn’t play past high school can answer this. PLEASE 🙏🏾
How do you get into being an expert at something you weren’t good at.
I’m only asking because I’ve never been able to cross that boundary, I’ve only practiced my craft in that field
how else does one shoot a sky hook? Or a layup?
Always been a legal move. My dad taught me this and used to complain how refs erroneously started calling it a travel in the 2000s.
Ugh, doesn’t know ball

This non travel call is killing basketball, YOU CANT CHANGE pivot feet. For 200 yrs in basketball this is a WALK , but lately the refs have decides you can just take another step. It is happening every night in CBB and its never called anymore. Its a freaky travel.
The young man's @kj_lamonte13 Game is on another level right now! He'll be attending Indian Hills this Upcoming season. Coaches Tap in! @KLQCrepresenter
Duke got themselves into that mess last night and probably deserved to lose… but this call was absolutely dumbfounding. The guy couldn’t wait to call it.
I have officially entered the transfer portal due to coaching changes, with 3 years of eligibility left

In a modern day society where all forms of social communication can be monetized, complaining will always reach a larger audience and is therefore incentivized
I think it’s more fun to complain about the nba than to actually watch it. Crazy, cancel all star weekend and let’s just give everybody a break since we’re so miserable around this time…
NBA viewership ideas
1) go tiered divisions. This gets rid of the idea of tanking and “rebuilding”. Win now is always present overseas
2) too much travel. Go pods or something like baseball does. Travel destroys effort and mental focus - look at the bubble games
@brianmallen@thetournament If that’s the argument, we need to get rid of defensive 3 in the key. It makes the court massively asymmetrical and way too difficult defend the 3 - forces 15 feet of unnecessary rotation
Want to fix NBA ratings? Here are two simple options. One is a little out there and the other a little easier to immediately implement
1) use the Elam ending from @thetournament
2) get a point for winning a quarter. Instead of wins and losses you do total points for playoffs
