I think the difference is that Christians believe in the sanctification through the blood of Jesus who is equal with God. Jesus is God, who walked on Earth as God, and who rose the third day and is now seated with God On His throne. It seems there is a discrepancy with the deity of Christ.

@mattvanswol CPS have a responsibility but the Police never put her into protective custody? They should have. If they had done their welfare checks and had checked the previous calls, which they are supposed to do, they should have taken that child. Did the records show they ever did that?

@ChuckThePhoenix I would never leave my dog outside alone. I don't trust people. People steal dogs, they hate dogs for their own sick reasons and have been known to poison them. It could be there was no foul play. I am sorry you have to go through this.

There is no out with Jesus on unforgiveness. You will find no place in the bible where there is an excuse for it. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6:15
Tough words but true words. Vengeance belongs to Him and Him alone. (See Deuteronomy 32:35, Nahum 1:2, Romans 12:19, Hebrews 10:30)

Jesus did not command us to spend time with people. He told us to honor our parents and forgive all offenses as vengeance belongs to Him. Also to love our neighbor as ourselves, treat others like you like to be treated and to love our enemies. That all comes from the heart.

So likewise shall My heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses. Matthew 12:35

The church is failing because they do not seek and learn of Christ's ways and listen to God and His commandments. We are commanded to love our enemies, we are commanded to honor our father and mother. Does that mean we don't hurt or share our trials and testimonies? Not at all. Both can be accomplished at the same time.
