Your team said that by the end of 2023 I would either get 2 caps or a refund. Now we are in 2024 and I’m being told you refunded my order in 2022. Why?!?!

@Lovesac No there’s no point. You’re going to tell me that I don’t need the L shoe and that the clamps will hold the sofa down instead. Maybe instead of giving me incorrect information on the layout plan you could have done that earlier so I don’t have to take apart the seats and redo it
