@Cyclistbier1 @quookeruk @NoNamePS I got similar issue. New install, it was working for a couple of hours and started to beep. Tried the reset button at the top and nothing happened. Tap ring doesn’t even go blue anymore. Can’t dispense filtered water. So can’t be anything to do with the filter?

@SkyHelpTeam are they Sky broadband issues. I know there was an issue the other day, but I am still having problems today. Keep dropping internet every now and again. I am new customer since 1st Dec having moved over from BT.
