@Delta I'm supposed to fly Beijing-Shanghai-Detroit on Saturday, but all flights (and trains) from Beijing to Shanghai have been cancelled. I've been on hold with your customer service for 1.5hr. How can I get on your Shanghai flight if the entire departure city is shut down?

@clwilde3 @Delta The Delta Twitter rep was actually very helpful & patient. The issue has been resolved & I appreciate Delta Twitter's quick response. I just wish I hadn't needed to escalate to Twitter to solve it after the 2cd rep hung up on me for an issue that was clearly easy to resolve
