@HM_Passport It is literally impossible to speak to a human being about my application. 9 weeks Ive waited so far. Press #2 if you need it urgently for business travel or ID. You ask for the ref, then end the call saying its in progress??

@virginmedia About 11 times in total yeah.And phoning you was beyond pointless after the 10th try. Anyway, It's finally sorted after an engineer finally attended and replaced the faulty box. Can't believe how hard you made it to fix what was a blatant yet simple problem.

@OverclockersUK So you can reply ASAP to this but not to other customers pressing enquiries? After 50 mins on hold to then be hung up on kinda leaves a bad taste in even the most patient of customers. Hope you can appreciate my point?
