@lufthansa No result then. Whilst I appreciate the quick reply, the way customer service has been remains poor and disappointing. Happy to take money from customers, impossible to speak to or return money when legally obliged
@lufthansa I am appalled by your customer service. Over 4 months and still trying to claim compensation as per EU261, finally acknowledged and now your customer service team rude and trying to avoid legal obligation. #poorcustomerservice#rude
