Thanks for sharing the instruction to use capital letters. I have tried it and it now works. But why isn’t this included in the instructions on the web form? This a huge ‘pain point’ for users and needs an immediate update to get it changed.

@iD_Mobile_UK totally rubbish customer service. What should be an ‘easy’ switch from Virgin mobile has taken 3 hours so far. PAC and other codes continually rejected, no access to chat, sent round in circles by website guidance. PAINFUL.

Morning @sccstreetsahead just seen signs up for road resurfacing starting 25th October on Union & Chelsea Rd. It says it will be night working 7 pm to 5 am. Is that right? It is a residential area.
