@plymouthcc @briarsdelve Am I right to think this is a 20% increase? The maximum allowable increase for Council Tax is 4.99% which this used to be encompassed. I can only assume that further farming off of services to circumvent the maximum permitted rise is to come.

Is there a supply issue as every store I visited recently in #Plymouth seem to be very low in stock. Today, I was only able to purchase a box of 70's because the box was crushed!
