The Polish Air Force’s #M346 #Bielik(White-tailed Eagle) is revolutionising the way pilots are trained. By combining advanced simulation with real-flight operations, it enables a seamless transition from the classroom and simulator to modern combat aircraft.

As Brig. Gen. Pilot Waldemar Gołębiowskistated:
“The introduction of the M-346 aircraft meant a transition from a model based mainly on pilot training to an integrated system of preparing pilots to operate in the environment of modern combat aircraft.”

Col. Pilot Łukasz Piątek, Deputy Commander of the 4th Training Aviation Wing and experienced F‑16 pilot, emphasised: “The M-346 Bielik aircraft allows you to reduce training time on the F-16 aircraft thanks to its built-in advanced simulation system. It enables the simulation of medium- and short-range air-to-air weapons, a wide range of air-to-ground weapons, laser and GPS-guided bombs. Embedded Tactical Training System (ETTS) provides a simulation of the Radar Warning Receiver system. You can practically practice, train and improve in every aspect in which you perform tasks on the F-16 aircraft.”
