Thanks to @EastMidRailway for the chance to look at the first refurbished 360 (107) at Kettering today before the set enters service next month. 360109 has also now been done and all 21 should be done by mid 2027. Its a real step change with 2+2 seating replacing the original 3+2

📣 NEW MILESTONE: Engineering train arrives onto the site in a first for the project!

🚞 The train travelled along the newly upgraded Sizewell branch line to our Ancillary Construction Area with its cargo of aggregate.

🤝 We’ve worked closely with Balfour Beatty Rail on essential upgrades to this line. This will help us get more freight out of lorries and onto trains, reducing road pressure and emissions.
