@Kelchance5@MINIUK That’s not how rejection works. They don’t get to decide whether they will consider it after other options. If you’re not getting anywhere, your best options are either contact the Ombudsman or a lawyer.
@Kelchance5@MINIUK Rejecting a car is a formal process, and there’s no way that a company can refuse to acknowledge it. But you need to take correct steps, or else it’s not covered by the Consumer Rights Act:

Millions who bought a car etc between 6/4/2007 and 1/11/2024 on finance arranged by the dealer are in line for £hundreds compensation for misselling. A free scheme to claim it announced by @TheFCA is explained by @SarahRogersNews and @stuartmasson@Moneybox noon @BBCRadio4
@qatarairways No, your airline has consistently shown that it really doesn’t empathise at all. Pretending to care on social media won’t fool most people.
@paullewismoney@TheFCA Claiming that almost half of all car finance agreements over 17 years were unfair is a damning indictment on lenders, but also on the regulator that oversaw the industry. What was the FCA doing since it took over in 2013?
@paullewismoney@TheFCA I think the FCA has struck a reasonable balance in its calculations. But the big question for me is why on earth it allowed this situation to develop over such a long time? 14 million unfair agreements!
@qatarairways@F1@QRHolidays Avoid Qatar Airways at all costs. Terrible customer service, despicable behaviour towards paying punters. Fly on literally any other airline.
@qatarairways Absolutely terrible airline with disgraceful customer service and a complaints department that simply ignores you. Fly with literally any other airline if you possibly can.
Hundreds of thousands of motorists were underpaid £200 million pounds by their insurer when their vehicle was stolen or written off @TheFCA has forced them to improve and says redress is already being paid with @misscathlund and @stuartmasson on @Moneybox noon @BBCRadio4
@qatarairways Based on your woeful customer service and wrongfully denying passengers boarding their flights home, you should probably give that trinket back. You don’t deserve it.
@ukhomeoffice I am a UK/Aus dual national being denied return to the UK by @qatarairways despite having correct docs. If a foreign airline won’t uphold the rights of UK citizens to travel to the UK, why do we allow these airlines to fly to the UK?
@DailyMail@TheSun@GBNEWS
@fastcompanyme@qatarairways@qatarairways has appalling customer service. Truly the worst I have ever experienced. Customers should remember this before they book - if it all goes wrong, you will get no help from @qrsupport.
@fastcompanyme@qatarairways How on earth do I get a reply from your customer services team three emails and three phones calls and absolutely zero response. How can you say you are the world’s best airline when your customer service is so terrible. your staff say you can’t get to me because of the backlog
@ThomaswithH@qatarairways Yes, several people have been reaching out to me on different social media channels in the last couple of days with similar experiences. @qatarairways has absolutely disgraceful levels of customer service.
It doesn't matter how many @skytrax_uk trophies you've got. If you can't provide basic customer service, and you refuse to offer any accountability, you're a terrible business. Sorry for the rant, people, but you should all avoid flying @qatarairways. This isn't over.
Unbelievably bad service from @qatarairways who incorrectly managed to deny me boarding my ADL-LHR flight home to the UK on Monday. Airport staff did not know travel documentation rules, lied to UK border authorities on the phone and as a result I was unable to fly. (cont.)
The silly thing is that @qatarairways could have resolved this quickly and easily at minimal cost to them. Instead, they are arguing that they have done nothing wrong and will charge me to rebook a flight, charging me hundreds of pounds to fix their error. (cont)
