Would you consider shipping AI generated code to prod without any human review assuming you had the following:
- AI generated unit and integration tests
- AI reviews and approves PR
- AI validates against acceptance criteria and spec
vibe coding accidentally teaches you:
- how frontends whisper to backends
- why .env files should never see daylight
- why localhost:3000 feels like home
- why production has a personal vendetta against you
- what actually happens inside an API request
- how authentication silently guards everything
- why one missing env variable nukes the whole app
- how your database decides the fate of your product
- why rate limits exist (and how fast you can hit them)
If an AI writes a software product in its entirety, with no human involvement beyond a prompt, is that software product ineligible for copyright protection?
@ollama A few months from now I'm going to be giving a presentation about using Ollama at a local tech meetup. Could I request any Ollama stickers/merch?
