What a poor experience we had at @THORPEPARK on Sat. Hour to get in. £45 for fast passes for 3 people in the group which we weren’t able to use in full due to rides being broken. Resolution of 2 fast passes each for next time is unacceptable @MerlinEntsNews @NVarneyMerlin
