And judging on how I was treated today compared to how I saw and heard from @Ryanair customers, I can honestly say #Ryanair will never get a penny out of me. Absolutely shameful how they delt with the situation and passengers at #Stansted today.

@mrsjaydeemac @Flight_Refunds @STN_Airport @Ryanair I’m a @jet2tweets passenger, was supposed to leave at 5:55am, sat on plane for 3hrs., flight now delayed until 3pm. Was informed throughout by captain. Crew gave out free hot & cold drinks to all & given £30 worth of food and drink vouchers. Suppose some deal with it better.

@STN_Airport @Ryanair thank you for being absolutely useless today. Yes, flights had to be cancelled but no one could clearly be arsed communicating it properly. Instead of calling security and armed police,speak to people properly!An absolute shit show from start to finish.

@sourd0ugh @Flight_Refunds @SimonCalder 2/2 and that a new cabin crew would have to be found. We had to leave the plane and was told out flight would now be leaving at 15:10hrs! As opposed to the original scheduled time of 5:55hrs !!
