been up since 8am in order to try to write an essay. im the 3 hours since then ive:
- watched a baseball game
- called my mom and sister
- found out where something i want to purchase is
- wrote 181 words out of 1000 (~18% done)

when all i did today was sleep, watch youtube and go to my one singular appointment… for me this was self care :) tmmr i do have to do a lot of work but i feel rested :)
