@easyJet can you help me? Trying to claim compensation for delayed flights in and being rejected for one family member wrongly. Need a human being as the automated system has no facility for notes and two people with the same name on the same flight are a problem for it.

@BootsUK your photographic book service is awful! The pages are all misaligned and look unprofessional like I could have cobbled together at home. Your customer service is worse however with no returned calls (as promised) to deal with the issue l.
