Please don't visit my website within the next few weeks/months.
I don't know when I will be able to go on working on it and so far I'd like to concentrate on this Twitter account.
Thank you for your understanding.💐
Healing takes time.
Improvement takes time.
Loving yourself takes time.
Getting better takes time.
You’ll get there, just give yourself time to get there.
Research shows that people who are thinking about suicide, when asked, will say ‘yes. ’They want to unload the burden of their thoughts. https://t.co/tuc0gpKM0p

Your mental illness is not something that’s a sign of weakness. It’s nothing something that’s funny or something that’s a joke.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health
Can someone please help? @samaritans or @cspyyc or @afspnational anyone?
I am overwhelmed and not in a good position myself to be able to help.
Thank you a lot in advance!

Just because everyone else has problems does not mean yours are invalid.
What you're going through is going to pass, but it's okay to not feel okay now.
Self care isn’t always “cute”.
It’s not just face masks and bath bombs. Sometimes it’s just remembering to take your medication and to practice basic hygiene. You can still have a self care routine without buying expensive products.
It can be hard to talk about mental health.
If someone reaches out to you, take it seriously, show them you're listening, and ask appropriate questions if they need some extra support.
