@VFSGlobal any reason you let us setup an appointment with services when that location didn’t offer them? Particularly doc scanning service for the Austin, TX USCIS location. Your webform asks for location first then let’s services be added on. Will need a refund. Thanks!

@amarantagzm @VFSGlobal Hi Grace! Yes, that site. There were locations that still had that banner up, Houston for example. But Austin had openings starting next week.
