Depositions are set to begin this week in another significant First Amendment case involving our newsroom: Matthew Tyrmand v. James O’Keefe.

As we’ve been reporting on this case, Tyrmand is a former Project Veritas board member who voted to remove me from the company I founded.

Now, he is alleging “domestic violence stalking” in a Florida court arising from our publication of an investigative report concerning statements he allegedly made during an encounter with a woman in Miami.

In that reporting, Tyrmand was recorded making a number of extraordinary statements. Among them, he said he had acted as an informant for the Southern District of New York in matters involving conservative figures and claimed connections to the intelligence community. He also made violent statements about me, including that he wanted to “kill James O’Keefe” and, previously, to “carve out James O’Keefe’s heart and eat it in front of him.”

Our reporting also captured Tyrmand discussing pharmaceutical investments and expressing concern that disclosing details of those deals could jeopardize his broker’s license and potentially conflict with confidentiality obligations.

There is a profound irony in a former Project Veritas board member now pursuing claims that directly implicate freedom of the press and the First Amendment.

And as discovery moves forward, the evidence will also examine an extraordinary contradiction at the center of this case: while Tyrmand accuses me of stalking and harassment, the record includes repeated stalking and threats initiated by Tyrmand toward me, including numerous obscene messages he sent to both myself and my employees.

BREAKING: Lancaster, Pennsylvania officials have BUSTED a large-scale fraudulent voter registration scheme that includes thousands of applications with the same handwriting, fake signatures, false addresses, etc

They discovered the same scheme in other Pennsylvania counties.

District Attorney Heather Adams revealed that the applications came from canvassers who were paid to obtain voter registrations, adding that "The majority of the applications were from residents in the city of Lancaster... The canvases themselves took place at various shopping centers, parking lots of grocery stores and businesses, sidewalks and parks."

"We are aware of at least two other counties that receive similar applications that are currently being investigated."

If you listen closely, the DA said the Clerk received the applications at or near the deadline to register to vote. That means the bad actors waited till the last minute so no one would notice. They would've used the fraudulent applications to commit mail-in ballot fraud without getting caught.

We better check the entire state of Pennsylvania, and we better see arrests NOW.

BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.

Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

I know there are many atheists out there who will say this does not matter, but what they may not realize is that their absence of faith will not protect them from Islam. It just makes it easier for them to seize power. For now this is still a Christian country & your right to reject God without fear of death is grounded in Christian principles. If you do follow the bible you know that praying to another God is going against Christ. Why should we enjoy unalienable rights endowed by the Creator if we dishonor the creator? Relationships work two ways - not one. Ultimately we are not deserving of the protection & the guarantees if we disregard/dismiss/demean/diminish the God that bestowed those rights on every human created in his image. What people choose to do in their own lands is one thing but in this land, in this nation that was founded on a covenant with God, we are responsible for staying true to that promise.
