I still canโt figure out what the Colts were trying to do here. Payne and Kinlaw basically unblocked. Maybe Danny was trying to look off the screen to disguise but sees Oweh charging down and never corrects? This is wild.
There's so much happening on this play from Colts-Commanders
- Payne is so completely unblocked that he reads screen and basically freezes even though he has a free run at Jones
- The blockers all slip out for a screen to the right but Jones never even looks that way
- Warren is open quickly out of the slot but Dimes doesn't throw it
- There's a one-man pass rush, it's blocked up, Oweh never touches Jones, and it still produces a stripsack
@DCzWall And we get worse and less deep at a position for a late round pick. Payne is a consistently healthy, high endurance guy who has played a ton of snaps for this team. Does he jump out every week, no. But he always has a few games a season where he makes big time plays.
From Eagles returner Brandon Covey via @Tim_McManus as he was in the air: โright now Iโm going to die.โ Also: โI feel honored to be part of that play, even though I was on the not-so-good endโฆ It was a really cool play to watch and shoutout to him. He's a menace. We double-teamed him, and it was like a fly to him.โ
Nutella is 13% hazelnuts. The first two ingredients are sugar and palm oil and together they're more than half the jar. Ferrero doesn't hide it, the percentage is printed on the label in Europe.
Ferrero buys around a quarter of the world's hazelnut crop every year, mostly from Turkey, which grows about 70% of the supply. In 2014 they bought Turkey's biggest hazelnut company so nobody could get ahead of them.
In 2017 they changed the recipe to more sugar and more milk powder without announcing it, and a German consumer group noticed the cocoa went down too because the color got lighter.
Great article by Kerry J. Byrne. Smithsonian Institution senior linguist Ives Goddard researched the origins of the REDSKINS name and concluded, in summary, that โthe actual origin of the word is entirely benign.โ
Goddard found that โredskinโ did not originate in English or another European language. Rather, the English term derived from Native American expressions combining the color red with words for flesh, skin, and man.
Those who pushed the narrative that the name was inherently racist failed to do the historical research, and much of the media repeated that narrative without adequately examining the history.
The result? An important Native American figurehead and his legacy were canceled in the process.
The history deserves a second look. @Commanders

Terry McLaurin giving a Terry McLaurin answer to my question.
Since Terry has been on a lot of different teams here in Washington, I asked him what stands out about this year's team as they embark on a new season?
Watch and listen. ๐๐๐
