@ScottKacsmar @AllbrightNFL They have all these silly rules to determine if it’s a catch. 2 feet down, ball secure, football move. Bears/Detroit added “complete the process of the catch”. I would think this would fall under the process of the catch since the receiver went to the ground and rolled.
