@Ohta_Ryota Create tailored offers of whatever you are selling. Approach the church leadership and convert the members into your customers. Much as they are in church, they are potential clients.

@lucindajanet About the last point. why then do people put the heater switch outside the bathroom? The inconvenience of going into the bathroom, turning the water then come out to switch the heater on is comical

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@scherargei If KQ, let's say buys the naming rights, we have a Raila Odinga End inside the KQ TALANTA STADIUM

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@scherargei Alternatively, name one of the stands after Raila Odinga; like let the stadium have a "Raila Odinga End". then put the stadiums naming rights on sale to reputable private entities like Airlines or insurance agencies to generate revenue.

@NelsonHavi If Uhuru said he was building "a Quiver" at statehouse, would there be public discontent?

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@SokoAnalyst If I can afford a 3 bedroom bungalow in Karen on a 100 by 100. It means I no longer need the city to live. So 500 acres in Mt. Elgon it is.

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@jimal_ibrahim He's already been labelled as the chief anarchist. If he shows the demonstration loses it's credibility instantly.

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@the_Lawrenz It's easier to improve performance than build loyalty.

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@moneyacademyKE What I'm saying is, the city status should be earned, not given.

[Situma Barasa @stumah1]

@moneyacademyKE Instead of giving the "City" name to old poorly planned rusty towns, the government should focus on creating new well-planned cities that are people-centered.
