A brick and mortar Mexican restaurant Mission Burrito and then literally right across the street there are street vendors taking up the whole sidewalk that don’t have to follow the same standards and likely don’t pay taxes etc selling Mexican food

I have been grilling and smoking for more than 60 years and wouldn’t you know it, with 10 slabs of ribs cooking for my annual Fourth of July party I had the first grease fire of my life on my Traeger. Fortunately, I salvaged eight slabs but two were burned beyond recognition. I hope they don’t kick me out of the Hall of Fame for this.
