@meathead I did 9 racks on my Traeger for the 4th and while I did not have a fire the cleanup on Monday to get ready for take and bake pizza on Monday for the World Cup was ludicrous.
I have been grilling and smoking for more than 60 years and wouldn’t you know it, with 10 slabs of ribs cooking for my annual Fourth of July party I had the first grease fire of my life on my Traeger. Fortunately, I salvaged eight slabs but two were burned beyond recognition. I hope they don’t kick me out of the Hall of Fame for this.
