I have a family holiday flights booked for Wednesday 29th. But my uncle died suddenly in Spain and I’d like to either spilt my flight from my family or change all of our flights to Monday 27th.
I need some help but feeling rather annoyed.

@Ryanair I am trying to speak to an actual human but now joy. Automated service continually cuts me off. It directs me to a portal to change a flight but that is sending me in a death loop where I can’t even get logged onto it.

I had a knee op in Sept and Jan swapped my seats for disabled access while I was on crutches for 7 weeks. Nothing was ever a problem. She was great. Enjoy retirement Jan. 🫶
