@TheRangeUK ordered a mirror as a Christmas present 3rd Dec, was tracking delivery but nothing arrived, rang customer service yesterday, said it wasn’t being delivered as had been damaged. They can’t deliver a replacement until Jan and won’t courier, very poor customer service.

@TUIUK Has anybody actually received a refund yet !! I understand the situation is stressful but they are happy to take your money quick enough was told my refund was processed on the 17th and still nothing 😡😩
