@unitedutilities at it again, direct debit up again , promised no further hikes in 24 months , yet you’re trying to increase it from £65 to £110. £40pm to £110 in 2 years is not the max cap of 30%.

Years , ok so I can live with maybe 4% over the next couple of years . 2 week ago I get another 45% rise coming up .
