@IraGilligan Whoa is right! I'm not sure if she was the first pregnant accountant at EW nationwide, or just our region. They did tell her she was 'allowed' to use comp or vacation time if she thought she needed more than two weeks.

@MrStuartHartley I've been doing taxes since 1982. When my son was growing up I would always tell him 'I wish there was a flat tax. I would go work in a bookstore." He told me some ten years ago "there will never be a flat tax, and soon there won't be anymore bookstores!"

@MrStuartHartley Went to a CPE course years ago and the instructor said if every congressman had to do their own tax return from scratch, we would soon have a much simplier tax system.
