@climateyupa@TeslaTrip I see. Is there any data about how often they help make decisions or in what instances? This doesn’t seem then 100% fully unsupervised either, where perhaps a human is helping make decisions at difficult edge cases?

But in reading the Waymo issues during the SF blackout, it seemed that they had remote human monitors, who helped Waymos make decisions occasionally (but couldn’t keep up when too many Waymos prompted for help). I wonder if Waymo is truly 100% unsupervised?
@cyrildorsaz@brian4591@Rivian For me: lots of screen real estate used to show the image of the Rivian, which makes it take longer to get to the controls you want. Also, it’s hard to easily see if charging is scheduled and if the car is currently charging. (Both are shown but not in best way).
@FirstAlert I bought 8 SC5s to replace expired Nest Protects. Repeated false alarms, scaring and waking up my family. Also no immediate app notifications. Called your customer who agreed that at least 6 of the 8 are defective. I’d like a refund on all as no longer have confidence

@ATT I have a downed line in front of the house. I’ve tried calling in to your Downed Line at 800-246-8464 as well as at 800-288-2020. I can reach mo one that can help. Each rep tries to transfer me to someone else with no one that can help. Please help!
@Rivian (3) Seat goes down first when changing between memory seats - my wife and I have very different seating positions. The seat moves forward before moving down, which makes it impossible to sit in the chair while it moves
@Rivian (2) temp controls available - right after starting up car, during reverse usually, the temp controls and seat heat/cool are not accessible, which seems odd as this is the exact time when people want to adjust them - right at the start of a ride.
@Rivian a few requests:
(1) scheduled charging at more than one location - I often charge at a family member’s - not just at my home - and want it to wait until midnight to start
