@DandG_Support I have organised a repair on my washing machine. Called this morning for an update and they gave me the repairer’s direct number. Only to find from Google that the repairer is permanently closed! I am now having to wait another 30 mins to get through to you!

@YWHelp I am not sure I will bother going to your drop off points. Apparently there is no supply left. Either you have not considered the demand or there are just greedy inconsiderate people stockpiling on water. The toilet paper fiasco all over again 😩
