अक्सर लोगों को फोन आता है कि "मैं पटेल नगर थाने से अंजलि देसाई बोल रही हूँ, आपके खिलाफ एक मामला आया है। अगर मामला थाने से बाहर निपटाना चाहते हैं तो हमारे एडवोकेट से बात कर लीजिए।"
कई कर्जदार पहले से ही रिकवरी एजेंटों की बदतमीजी और दबाव से परेशान होते हैं। ऐसे में इस तरह के फर्जी पुलिस, फर्जी वकील और कानूनी कार्रवाई के नाम पर किए जाने वाले कॉल उन्हें मानसिक रूप से और अधिक परेशान कर देते हैं।
कुछ लोग समझदारी से इनकी बातों को पहचान लेते हैं और बच जाते हैं, लेकिन बहुत से लोग डर और घबराहट में इनकी ठगी का शिकार हो जाते हैं।
क्या इस तरह के फर्जी कॉल और धमकियों पर रोक लगाने के लिए कोई प्रभावी व्यवस्था या विशेष अभियान चलाया जा सकता है?
साथ ही, Sanchar Saathi और National Cyber Crime Portal पर शिकायत करने के बाद कार्रवाई की स्थिति और प्रभावशीलता को लेकर भी लोगों के मन में कई सवाल हैं।
कृपया इस समस्या पर ध्यान देने की कृपा करें ताकि आम नागरिकों को इस तरह की धोखाधड़ी और मानसिक उत्पीड़न से बचाया जा सके।
