@airasia @GoibiboSupport I raised a refund on 20 Nov in Goibibo for my AirAsia booking (PNR L9R72M) due to a schedule change by Air asia.Goibibo shows cancelled & says refund is pending with AirAsia, but the PNR still shows active in AirAsia.Please escalate & process this ASAP
