@Rb__sa The fact that you are making me do this is a waste of time given the fact that I have an agreement in place which you are changing to suit yourself
There is also the fact that your staff wasted my time by making me call another bank rather than actually communicating the proper information to a client but rather state that there is no payment received yet the funds had been sitting in FNBs accounts
@FNBSA why areyoy.holding onto my left funds done yesterday from another bank at 6:55, they sent the funds by 9:30, trace 807511F881, you are now holding the funds till the next business day resulting in unethical gains of interest by taking funds from a revolving loan to cover
I see now that the funds are reflecting after complaining and your staff insisting and stating a generic answer that it will take 2 business days, what was the cause of the delay exactly?
And look at this, this was in February, we are now 6 months later, there are other similar sort of bugs i have raised with you over the years and guess what, no fix or resolution or anything in sight.
Why are bugs called features?

Those signs lead to another door which doesn't show the payment history and do you know what your answer to this is, go and look at your account history becuase you belive that us customers now want to share our banking statement with a bill payee.

@CalebFinn1 can you assist here, its not just myself who has been affected by this, there are others in the Roodepoort area who have had their property rates amount amended in last month's bill to more than double.
The call center says "We are currently experiencing high call volumes, please hold for the next available agent" with me just waiting with no agent even answering.
