Can you solve this quiz for me, $poet?
$POET 엑스 공식계정이 좀 전에 올렸던 글 삭제하고 다시 올림
난 캡쳐해놨지^^ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
달라진 부분은,
1. 90% of our team is based in Asia, primarily in Singapore, the globally recognized hub of computer engineering talent.
-> "Approximately"(단어 추가) 90% of our team is based in Asia, primarily in Singapore. (뒤에 문구 삭제)
2. We continue to recruit ~~~ POET has developed to address the needs of the #AI infrastructure market.
-> We continue to recruit ~~~ POET has developed.
$POET is a fucking scam
what else is there to be said
-fake empty offices
-fake ai generated job listings
-0 material revenue
-historically pivota to whatever the trend is and not delivering actual tech
-lumilens some fucking sus ass company with 0 revenue
-purposefully broke $MRVL NDA because they cant deliver
WHAT THE FUCK POET TO FUCKING ZERO
$POET straight up played retail after getting dumped by Marvell. That Lumilens $50M "deal" is just a conditional framework. Zero upfront cash, just a promise to spend $50M if the engineering samples actually work. Announced a few days after Marvell ditched them LOL
Fine print says it all: revenue is subject to qualification, samples late 2026, production 2027. No real revenue for at least a year.
Meanwhile, Lumilens bags 2.2M shares immediately at $8.25. Absolute joke for a $2.4B market cap. Lumilens is the only one making money here.
Literally 24 hours later, POET drops a $400M direct offering with warrants at $21 🤡 The timeline is wild - get ditched by Marvell, magically find a "client" who takes cheap equity just to sign a PR, and then slam shareholders with massive dilution on the pump. Used retail as exit liquidity at the literal top 🥶
This is f*cking crazy...
I don't think anyone is connecting the dots on what Elon is truly going for here.
This HAS to be out of spite for Sam Altman.
The biggest complaint about Claude for months has been poor usage limits.
Now we're getting double the rate limits, removal of peak-hour limits, and better API limits for ALL Opus models.
Just a few months ago, Elon called OpenAI "evil," and now he just removed the biggest bottleneck for OpenAI's #1 competitor.
Huge win for all Claude users and Anthropic.
BREAKING: GameStop, $GME, CEO Ryan Cohen announces he has been suspended from eBay just 2 days after proposing a $56 billion acquisition of the company.
eBay says Cohen's account has permanently suspended for "putting the eBay community at risk."
$SMCI is up 18.5% in AH trading after earnings
I didn't know that cooking the books, making ~10bn$ of A/P Debt disappear, writing off A/R credit, and burning ~2.8bn of cash in 3 months could be so bullish
I took the liberty of putting Dec 25 numbers next to the ones presented
When Buffett said this market is a casino this is what he meant:
$SMCI is up over 15% on earnings that were UNAUDITED, while current earnings showed operating cash flow was NEGATIVE -$6.6B.
On top of that, AR ballooned to ~$8.4B while total liabilities surged to ~$15.9B.
TLDR of recent news + bottlenecks that go brr:
1. CPU bottleneck - $INTC CEO said AI inference pushed CPU Ratio From 1:8 to 1:1.
CPUs go brr ( $AMD, Intel, $ARM) -> $AMAT / $TSM / $KLAC, etc. go brr.
2. PGME / PGMEA shortage. DuPont, Shiny Chemical, Daxin, San Fu, $DOW and others go brr?
Photoresist bottleneck go brr?
3. Microcontroller potential bottleneck + price hikes (Arterytek/Arterychip) was weighing price hikes on AI capacity squeezes.
MCU companies potentially go brr?
4. President invoked the "Defense Production Act" this week, it included:
-Transformers
- transmission components
- advanced conductors
- power electronics
- substations
- high-voltage circuit breakers
- protective relays, capacitor banks
- electrical core steel
As "severe shortages". Stuff like $AMSC, $PLPC, $POWL, $VICR, $ATKR, $HPS.A go brr.
5. $GOOGL ramps new TPU servers. Google splits AI chips into training and inference TPUs.
Taiwan happy. Mediatek and others go brr?
6. Samsung, Kingston lift SSD prices by over 10%.
SSD prices keep going brrr?
7. T-glass fiberglass shortages keep getting worse? Nittobo and others keep going brrr?
8. Bromine, essential for etching circuits and flame retardancy, has surged to $12,000 per metric ton.
ICL Group in Israel apparently controls 40% of the global supply?
Not as familiar with this but questionable brrr?
9. "Epitaxy manufacturer LandMark Optoelectronics reporting output still far below customer needs".
Uhh $IQE and others go brr?
10. "AI data centers hit interconnect limits, boosting optical module demand". "the bottleneck is no longer computing power alone, but how that power is connected."
Photonics from $AAOI, $LITE, $COHR, Innolight and others keep going brr? next gen from $SIVE, $POET, $MRVL, Win Semi and others go brr?
Basically AI semi supply chains go brr because there's widespread shortages everywhere due to AI hyperscaler demand.
