@nsitharamanoffc Merchants in India always pass on the cost to consumers. Doesn't matter how low the amount is.
Question is how government will enforce if the merchant says pay by UPI means additional 300. We cannot run to ATM, so we will pay.
@LalaXd Just giving 2₹ per person to
150 crore people will make it 300 crore.
20₹ would mean 3000 crore
200₹ would mean 30000 crore
So the person cannot afford to even given 200₹ each. How can he give 2 crore each
@darshitpatel84 When you make money when someone makes a loss you are no different than the British who sucked the blood out of Indians.
Is the role of the government just to make more money or to be seen as fair in collecting taxes ?
Govt is not a business. Why not tax rich agriculturists ?
@IndianGems_ First let us make our cities pot hole free by 2030.
Liveable cities with good infrastructure like Chinese cities / Singapore is what we need. Our cities are worse than some of the capitals of 3rd world countries.
Low quality construction & patching is still prevalent
@StoxPlexShubham Most of the countries have better systems to monitor insider trading & also have laws which are stringent.
In India, I am sure there is only insider trading and every damn business man & politician are involved in it .
Small investors / retailers should keep away from trading
@StoxPlexShubham STCG + STT + Dividend Tax
On top of this for many small investors who trade in small quantities and make a loss, it does not make sense to audit the accounts and hence they pay notional tax even while making a loss in F&O.
🚨Singapore's View on an Increasingly Multipolar World
Russia, Ukraine, Kishore, how do you see that conflict ending?
Cuba has a sovereign right to choose a Chinese base.
What, what do you say to that?
You know, when you, when you have great powers,
great powers have interests, and is in...
If you wanna ensure a more peaceful world, understand the red lines of all the great powers.
The United States has got clear red lines.
Russia has got clear red lines.
China has got clear red lines.
India has got clear red lines.
And once you understand where the red lines are, and you don't go near the red lines, then you, then you...
That's how you preserve the peace. But if you keep saying, "No, my interests matter and yours don't," that's how you end up with wars.
Forget train travel, this is the situation in Bangalore apartments day in and day out
Ganesh Chaturthi, Onam, Diwali they keep organizing staged bollywood lungi dance for all festivals with loud music.
Kids cannot study, old ppl cannot sleep
I had a traumatic train ride today. It is very sad to see how people do not respect public spaces enough. When we are in the public, we should not shout or even talk loudly and disrespect every individual’s personal space in Public. As artists, we have a 100 thoughts running. And we thrive in silence. Everyone can understand the initial excitement when travelling in a big group in a train. But imagine a group of 40 middle aged adults occupying a 56 seater coach and talking so loudly to everyone for 5 hours. Non stop. Problem in India is nobody can question them. It is an unsaid rule that the other 16 of us which aren’t part of the group should simply endure them. So I requested the TTE if I could get another seat in a different coach. He tried but unfortunately since the train was full, I had to simply stay in the same coach but a different seat. Suddenly a group of 8, that was already yapping and laughing non stop, started playing UNO. And then I requested the TTE if anything could be done. He requested them to stop and they immediately stopped. But after a couple of minutes TTE came back and mockingly asked them ‘yaake sir galaatte maadtaideera?’ (Why are you creating nuisance?) and they had a good laugh with him and said, ‘sir Neevu banni, adona’(Sir you also join, let’s play). So the concern here is not about who won. Myself, along with them, as Indians, lost the Civic sense game. When will we as a nation improve our public behaviour?

@FI_InvestIndia Paying Road Tax and driving in pot holes in Bangalore. My tires are used to flatten the stones.
Education cess & most of our govt schools don't have proper infra.
Health cess and we still have to pay astronomical medical bills at pvt hospitals.
Pay STT even if we make loss
@SarangSood Current market condition is due to
US yield
Gold & oil rally
Geo political tension
AI stocks sucking money from India as everyone is chasing AI stock returns
Some of these factors are the cause for INR depreciation and it is acting like a double whammy.
@WeekendInvestng Indian bureaucracy, judicial systems are like python.
Slow moving, can eat up even mammoths but it will take its own sweet time to swallow
@MahaBali_@pravesh 'Hard to believe' does not mean it is truth.
You are trapped in your thoughts that world should be filled with discrimination against you.
Biases will exist but biases need not translate into discrimination.
