विश्वविद्यालय तहका सबै विषय उत्तिकै महत्वपूर्ण हुन्, र सबै विषयको आफ्नै स्कोप हुन्छ। तर नेपालको सन्दर्भमा, विश्वविद्यालय तहमा गैर–प्राविधिक विषय पढ्ने योजना भए पनि ‘प्लस–टु’ मा सक्ने विद्यार्थीले विज्ञान समूह रोज्नु धेरै हिसाबले उपयोगी देखिन���छ। किनभने नेपालमा विज्ञान समूह बाहेकका विषयहरूको ‘प्लस–टु’ तहको पढाइ प्रायः कमजोर देखिन्छ। केही अपवाद बाहेक, मानविकी तथा व्यवस्थापनको पढाइ बुझ्ने र विश्लेषण गर्नेभन्दा पनि ‘घोक्ने’ कुरामा सीमित रहेको पाइन्छ। विज्ञान समूहको पढाइमा पनि समस्या छैनन् भन्ने होइन, तर त्यहाँबाट विद्यार्थीले कम्तीमा केही आधारभूत तथा विश्वविद्यालय तहमा उपयोगी हुने ज्ञान हासिल गरेको देखिन्छ।
अर्को महत्वपूर्ण कुरा, विश्वविद्यालय तहमा मानविकी, समाजशास्त्र, कानुन वा व्यवस्थापन मध्ये जुनसुकै विषय पढे पनि गणितको आधारभूत ज्ञान अत्यन्त उपयोगी हुन्छ। गणितमा राम्रो रुचि र कमाण्ड भएका विद्यार्थीका लागि भने 'अर्थशास्त्र' निकै उपयुक्त छनोट हुन सक्छ। वास्तवमा विश्वविद्यालय तहमा इन्जिनियरिङका कतिपय विधाभन्दा अर्थशास्त्रको अध्ययनका लागि अझ उन्नत तहको गणित आवश्यक पर्छ। तर नेपालको शिक्षा प्रणालीले विद्यार्थी र अभिभावकलाई य��� ��ास्तविकताबारे पर्याप्त रूपमा सूचित गरेको देखिँदैन।

Pokhara Airport has posed financial challenges for Nepal. Here are some key points about this venture: In 2000, discussions in Nepal centered around building an international airport in Pokhara. JICA's study in the same year estimated the total cost at $85 million over two phases. However, a Nepalese study in June 2013 revealed a cost increase to $228 million. By cutting certain airport facilities, this cost could be reduced to $167 million. In August 2013, CAMC Engineering, a Chinese company, revised the cost to $264 million, later increasing it to $305 million. Following objections from Finance Minister Dr. Ramsharan Mahat about the rising costs, China reassessed, estimating the project at $220-300 million. Eventually, a $216 million concessional loan was secured from China Exim Bank, with 25% interest-free and 75% at 2%. CAMC Engineering won the contract in 2016 for airport construction. Notably, the company that estimated costs also undertook the project. Despite paying $2 billion in loan installments, the operational airport is facing financial losses. Including interest, service charges, and fees, total expenses are anticipated to be around 5%. As a media representative, it's crucial to present facts objectively. I am not a diplomat or official Nepalese government representative, so threats from an ambassador are intolerable.
