🚨🚨🚨 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲-𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹.

In Visakhapatnam, @ncbn and his family are grabbing public land worth nearly 𝗥𝘀 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲. Around 𝟱𝟰.𝟳𝟵 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮 is being taken over through open misuse of power. As 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, Chandrababu has handed this valuable land to his own family member, 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗣 Sri Bharat. Lands recovered and fenced by the government during the YSRCP period are now being gifted to his family 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁.

The role of his son 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼-𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 these lands are gifted exposes the family nexus. Despite having no authority, a memo was issued from the Education Department to allot this land to his relatives. Chandrababu then pushed the system through pressure and intimidation to secure one-sided approvals by force on local administration. When YSRCP corporators stood firm to protect public property, they were attacked and forcibly removed, leaving several injured, while the police stood by as silent spectators.

To execute this land grab, Chandrababu 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗬𝗦𝗥𝗖𝗣 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 who was from the BC Yadava community, spent crores to buy corporators, bulldozed the process to gift Rs 5000 crore property to his family members. Whenever Chandrababu is in power, public assets disappear and family interests grow. This is not an exception, but a pattern. Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh have reduced governance to a real estate business.

విశాఖపట్నంలో @ncbn, ఆయన కుటుంబం దాదాపు రూ.5,000 కోట్ల విలువైన ప్రభుత్వ భూములను లాగేసుకుంది.

రుషికొండ సమీపంలో ఉన్న 54.79 ఎకరాల అత్యంత విలువైన భూములను అధికార దుర్వినియోగం ద్వారా బహిరంగంగానే కబ్జా చేసేసింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చంద్రబాబు, అత్యంత విలువైన ఈ భూమిని తన సొంత కుటుంబ సభ్యుడైన విశాఖపట్నం ఎంపీ శ్రీ భరత్‌కు కట్టబెట్టేశారు.

వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వ కాలంలో తిరిగి స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని, ఫెన్సింగ్ వేసిన భూములను ఇప్పుడు మళ్లీ చంద్రబాబుగారు తన కుటుంబానికి ఉచితంగా బహుమానంగా ఇచ్చేశారు.

ఈ విలువైన భూములను లోకేష్ తన తోడల్లుడికి కట్టబెట్టడం, చంద్రబాబు కుటుంబ కుట్రను బయటపెడుతోంది. లోకేష్‌కు ఎలాంటి అధికార పరిధి లేకపోయినా, విద్యాశాఖ నుంచి ఒక మెమో జారీ చేసి ఈ భూములను తన తోడల్లుడికి కేటాయించేలా చేశారు.

ఆ తర్వాత చంద్రబాబు ఒత్తిళ్లు, బెదిరింపులతో నగర పాలక సంస్థ సభ్యుల (గ్రేటర్‌ విశాఖ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్‌ మెంబర్స్)ను భయపెట్టి ఏకపక్షంగా ఆమోదించుకున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులను కాపాడేందుకు వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ కార్పొరేటర్లు ధైర్యంగా నిలబడితే, వారిపై భౌతిక దాడులు చేసి బలవంతంగా బయటకు తోసేశారు. ఈ దాడుల్లో పలువురు వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ కార్పొరేటర్లు గాయపడగా, పోలీసులు పట్టించుకోకుండా ప్రేక్షకపాత్ర పోషించారు.

ఈ భూ దోపిడీని అమలు చేయడానికి చంద్రబాబు, బీసీ యాదవ వర్గానికి చెందిన వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ మహిళా మేయర్‌ను తొలగించారు, కార్పొరేటర్లను కొనుగోలు చేయడానికి కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేశారు, ప్రజాస్వామ్య ప్రక్రియను బుల్డోజ్ చేసి రూ.5,000 కోట్ల విలువైన ఆస్తిని తన కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు కానుకగా ఇచ్చారు.

చంద్రబాబు అధికారంలో ఉన్న ప్రతిసారీ ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులు మాయమవుతాయి. వారి కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు పెరుగుతాయి. ఇది యాదృచ్ఛికం కాదు, ఒక పరిపాటిగా జరిగిపోతుంది.

చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, నారా లోకేష్‌లు తమ పాలనను ఒక రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారంగా మార్చేశారనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు.
