@AmazonHelp, @AmazonNews_IN - let me share an ordeal from my recent experience buying a Mac Air on Amazon. I paid ~151000 and an additional extra for one-day delivery as I genuinely needed this by today. Multiple calls to the customer care but all went in vain. 1/2

In fact, I knew this is going to happen, I called up customer care in the evening to avoid this - but no use.
