@UC_Assist Your NATIVE M2 shows filters at 5%, yet there’s no option to book a replacement, no help option, and no customer-care number.

All the “hassle-free service” claims seem meaningless when customers actually need support.

False claims, zero support. Please fix this.

This has now escalated into a mental harassment case scammer is calling my wife demanding more money. Her mental health has been seriously affected, yet the scammers are still active.
