🚗 My Budget Car Rental Nightmare 🚗

Booked a convertible a month in advance from a neighborhood Budget location. Got a call on the day of pickup: "We don't have a convertible, call Tampa Airport location." So I booked again from Tampa Airport.

Guess what? Tampa Airport had none! 😡

Asked for a refund since Budget couldn't fulfill the reservation but was denied. Offered a non-convertible replacement instead. Unprofessional and infuriating. Worst customer service experience in my 20 years of renting cars. 🚫
