I used to be a regular customer on 1mg but I have stopped placing orders on 1mg for the past year due to these persistent calls and use it only for absolute emergencies.

Recently, I made the mistake of searching for a medicine on 1mg. I received multiple calls from their customer care asking why I didn't place the order. This is outright predatory behaviour where they actively track user activity and disturb via calls.

Requests to put my number on the DND list failed to have any effect.

This is a regular practice from their end and I have been facing that for quite long. Very surprised and shocked to see this in a company owned by Tata.
