Update - I’ve received the bag. Great that TK sent the bag promptly as promised. Thank you. One suggestion - to reduce anxiety, it’ll be great to have missing bag tracking or at least the call center should be able to give some update. Unknown causes anxiety 😟

@TK_HelpDesk Flew Turkish BOM-IST-DEN on 16-March. Bag didn’t arrive DEN. Was told at DEN, my bag is one of the 19 that were not loaded in IST-DEN flt. (TK201) I want to know when my bag will arrive DEN. Called baggage cust service at NY. They are not able to tell me. Please help

@Delta Flying in 1494. JFK-DEN. Restroom door was stuck with me inside.~ 10-15mins. Flt attendants were serving drinks. Could not hear my banging on the door. Another passenger heard. We both tried. Somehow the door opened. Very stressful. Should have intercom in restroom :)

@Lufthansa_USA I have a flight from USA to India on 11/25. I need to see options to prepone start by few days. I could see change-flight button last week. But today it says “flights are not eligible to change online”. Called online support. They couldn’t do anything. Please help

@SouthwestAir DEN to MSP cancelled today 7 hrs prior! For weather. How other flights including SWA are flying similar times! Why I was not rebooked automatically? By the time I got to rebook - I could only get one after 3 days! Missing an important event. Stuck at DEN for 3 days!

I now hv a flt on Sunday. Earlier agent had asked to call if seats open up. Seats were available on Friday. I called. New agent refused to change without fare difference paid. I didn’t cancel my flt. How it’s my fault! Called again. Seats are gone now. Stuck again till Sunday.

@TMobile New to t-mobile Ported 3 nos from AT&T 2 days back. Since then can not receive any short code texts - the verification texts from banks, work login, etc. Spent 5+ hrs at your store and care and tech support. No resolution. Stuck without access. Please help.

@USPSHelp Sent a certified mail. It’s lost with status like “waiting to send to next office” since last 5+weeks. Opened 2 service reqsts. Both got closed as “resolved” with no resolution. Was askd to contact consumer service of usps. No response. Important mail. What should I do?

@CSMIA_Official Hi. I’ll be taking a flight to USA on 12-Jan early morning (12:10am). I’ll be reaching Mumbai airport (T2) on 11-Jan @2:30pm. Can I get rapid pcr or rapid antigen test done at Mumbai airport T2 before departure? If so where I can do it and how to book in advance?

@CSMIA_Official Traveling nonstop from USA to Mumbai. can you pl. confirm if rt-pcr is a must on arrival in Mumbai. If random selected - Delhi airport/GOI says that I can get out after giving sample and don’t have to wait for results at airport. Is it diff at Mumbai?
