Two incentive mechanisms, now both visible in real time. Fulfillment rewards the miners who provide leads that pass validator scoring on ICP fit, intent, and quality. The model competition rewards the miner whose model raises the floor everyone else builds on.

@RadoTsc When we acquired the slot OTC, we didn’t receive alpha supply with it. So we’re in a different position than teams that already have a large alpha balance available to lock.

As our runway strengthens, we’ll be able to start locking.

We’re really excited about Bittensor’s conviction upgrade.

To us, it feels like the right direction: a clearer way for teams to show long-term alignment while still having the flexibility to keep building.

Our situation is a bit different from other teams, and we want to be upfront about that. When we acquired our slot OTC, we didn’t receive alpha like many teams do today, so locking immediately would impact our runway more than it might for others.

But we’re committed to getting there and confident we’ll be in a position to show the conviction we have on chain.
